Common use of Demised Term Clause in Contracts

Demised Term. A. The Demised Premises are leased for a term (referred to as the "Demised Term") to commence on the execution and delivery of this Lease and to end on August 31, 2001, unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.

Demised Term. A. The Demised Premises are leased for a term (referred to as the "Demised Term") to commence on the execution and delivery of this Lease October 1, 1995 and to end on August 31February 28, 20012001 (subject to the provisions of Subsection B of this Section 1.02), unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.

The Demised Premises are leased for a term (referred to as the "Demised TermDEMISED TERM") to commence on the execution and delivery of this Lease April 1, 2000 and to end on August 31September 30, 20012010 (subject to the provisions of Subsection B of this Section 1.02), unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.
