Common use of Demised Term Clause in Contracts

Demised Term. A. The Demised Premises are leased for ------------ a term (referred to as the "Demised Term") to commence on June 1, 2000 and to ------------ end on July 31, 2003, unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.

Demised Term. A. The Demised Premises are leased for ------------ a term (referred to as the "Demised Term") to commence on June 1, 2000 the date of this Lease and to ------------ end on July 31the last day of calendar month in which the seven (7) year, 2003four (4) month anniversary of the Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) shall occur, unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.

The Demised Premises are leased for ------------ a term (referred to as the "Demised TermDEMISED TERM") to commence on June April 1, 2000 and to ------------ end on July 31September 30, 20032010 (subject to the provisions of Subsection B of this Section 1.02), unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.

Demised Term. A. The Demised Premises are leased for ------------ a term (referred to as the "Demised Term") to commence on June October 1, 2000 1995 and to ------------ end on July 31February 28, 20032001 (subject to the provisions of Subsection B of this Section 1.02), unless the Demised Term shall sooner terminate pursuant to any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease or pursuant to law.
