Common use of Demise Clause in Contracts

Demise. In consideration for the rents and all other charges and payments payable by Tenant, and for the agreements, terms and conditions to be performed by Tenant in this Lease, Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby hire and take from Landlord, the Premises described below (the “Premises”), upon the agreements, terms and conditions of this Lease for the Term hereinafter stated.

Demise. In consideration for the rents and all other charges and payments payable by Tenant, and for the agreements, terms and conditions to be performed by Tenant in this Lease, Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby hire and take from Landlord, the Premises described below (the “"Premises”"), upon the agreements, terms and conditions of this Lease for the Term hereinafter stated.

Demise. In Landlord, in consideration for of the rents rent to be paid and all other charges of the covenants and payments payable by Tenant, and for the agreements, terms and conditions agreements in this Lease to be performed by Tenant in this LeaseTenant, Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and demise unto Tenant does hereby hire and take from Landlord, the Premises described below (in Section 1.2, in the “Premises”), upon the agreements, terms and conditions of this Lease for the Term hereinafter statedBuilding.

Demise. In consideration for of the rents and all other charges and payments payable by Tenantpayment of the Rent reserved, the mutual covenants, and for the agreements, terms each and conditions every act to be performed by Landlord and Tenant in under this Lease, Landlord does hereby lease lets and demises the Premises to Tenant, Tenant and Tenant does hereby hire and take from Landlord, leases the Premises described below (from Landlord for the “Premises”), Term and upon the agreements, terms and conditions of set forth in this Lease for the Term hereinafter statedLease.

In consideration for of the rents and all other charges and payments payable by Tenant’s obligations herein, and for the agreements, terms and conditions to be performed by Tenant in this Lease, Landlord does hereby demise and lease the Leased Premises to Tenantthe Tenant for the Term and the Tenant hereby leases and accepts the Leased Premises, to have and Tenant does hereby hire and take from Landlordto hold during the Term, subject to the Premises described below (the “Premises”), upon the agreements, terms and conditions of this Lease for the Term hereinafter statedLease.

Demise. In consideration for of the rents obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and all in consideration of the other charges and payments payable by Tenantterms, and for the agreements, terms covenants and conditions to be performed by Tenant in this Leasehereof, Landlord does hereby lease demises and leases to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby hire and take takes from Landlord, the Premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Premises described below (for the “Premises”), Lease Term upon the agreements, terms and conditions of set forth in this Lease for the Term hereinafter statedLease.
