Demat Shares Sample Clauses

Demat Shares. The shares of the Company are in dematerialised form. The Parties will keep the prospective transferees of their securities informed of the provisions of this Agreement relating to transfer of securities and shall also ensure that all transfers are made strictly in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
