Except as specified in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by Bank Administrative Agent or any Lender on which Borrower may in any way be liable.

Demand; Protest. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by Bank on which Borrower may in any way be liable.

Each Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by Bank Collateral Agent or any Lender on which any Borrower may in any way be liable.

Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, (except as specifically provided herein), nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by Bank Collateral Agent or Lender on which Borrower may in any way be liable.

Demand; Protest. Borrower waives Borrowers waive demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, and notice of nonpayment at maturity, release, and agrees that Lender may compromise, settlement, extension, settle or renewal of release without notice to Borrowers any accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees paper and/or guaranties at any time held by Bank Lender on which Borrower either or both Borrowers may in any way be liable. Borrowers agree to any extensions of time of payment or partial payment at, before or after termination of this Agreement.
