Common use of Demand by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Demand by the Administrative Agent. In addition to the terms set forth in this Article II and in no manner imposing any limitation on such terms, if all or any portion of the then outstanding Guaranteed Obligations are declared to be immediately due and payable, then the Guarantors shall, upon demand in writing therefor by the Administrative Agent to the Guarantors, pay all or such portion of the outstanding Guaranteed Obligations due hereunder then declared due and payable.

Demand by the Administrative Agent. In addition to the terms set forth in this Article II and in no manner imposing any limitation on such terms, if all or any portion of the then outstanding Guaranteed Obligations are declared to be immediately due and payable, then the Subsidiary Guarantors shall, upon demand in writing therefor by the Administrative Agent to the Subsidiary Guarantors, pay all or such portion of the outstanding Guaranteed Obligations due hereunder then declared due and payable.

Demand by the Administrative Agent. In addition to the terms set forth in this Article II and in no manner imposing any limitation on such terms, if all or any portion of the then outstanding Guaranteed Obligations are declared to be immediately due and payablepayable pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement or other Loan Documents, then the Guarantors shall, upon demand in writing therefor by the Administrative Agent to the Guarantors, pay all or such portion of the outstanding Guaranteed Obligations due hereunder then declared due and payable.

In addition to the terms set forth in this Article II Section 2, and in no manner imposing any limitation on such terms, if all or any portion of the then outstanding Guaranteed Obligations under the Credit Agreement are declared to be immediately due and payable, then the Guarantors shall, upon demand in writing therefor by the Administrative Agent to the Guarantors, pay all or such portion of the outstanding Guaranteed Obligations due hereunder then declared due and payable.

In addition to the terms set forth in this Article II IX and in no manner imposing any limitation on such terms, if all or any portion of the then outstanding Guaranteed Obligations are declared to be immediately due and payable, then the Guarantors Guarantor shall, upon demand in writing therefor by the Administrative Agent to the GuarantorsGuarantor, pay all or such portion of the outstanding Guaranteed Obligations due hereunder then declared due and payable.
