Deluxe’s Release. Deluxe on its own behalf and on behalf of its corporate affiliates hereby unconditionally releases and discharges ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from any and all Claims that they had or have as of the date of this Release, except to the extent that such Claims arise from intentional wrongdoing or any violations of law by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. However, Deluxe does not release its right to enforce the terms of this Release or the Transition Agreement.
