Delivery to the Custodian. The Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and any other documents required to be delivered with respect to each Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Custodial Agreement, shall be delivered to the Custodian all in compliance with the specific requirements of the Custodial Agreement. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, WMC will be in possession of a complete Mortgage File in compliance with the WMC Purchase Agreement, except for such documents as will be delivered to the Custodian;
