Delivery; Title. Diamond shall ship the Products at the Distributor's expense and in accordance with Distributor's written instructions. Written shipping instructions shall be provided by Distributor in each purchase order or not later than two (2) days prior to the specified delivery date. Title and risk of loss of the Products shall pass to the Distributor upon receipt of the Products at the location directed by Distributor.
