Delivery schedules and specifications. In relation to deliveries: (a) the Supplier must deliver the Products under an Order to the nominated Delivery Location for that Order; (b) Products must be delivered to the Delivery Location in accordance with the Order Roster Schedule; and (c) the Supplier will deliver up to a maximum height of 1.8m measured from floor to the bottom of the top case and a maximum weight of 980kg for each pallet of Products.
