Delivery Project Executives. IBM shall cause the IBM Personnel who occupy each of the Key IBM Personnel Positions to devote substantially full time and effort to the provision of the Services, except that Equifax agrees that the individual appointed as the IBM Global Project Executive as of the Commencement Date may continue to serve in that role for both Equifax and the company he serves as of the Commencement Date that was formerly owned by Equifax.
