Delivery or Access Clause Samples
The "Delivery or Access" clause defines how goods, services, or digital content will be provided to the recipient under the agreement. It typically specifies the method, timing, and location of delivery, or outlines how and when access to a product or service will be granted, such as through shipment, download links, or account credentials. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding the transfer or availability of the contracted items, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to fulfillment or access.
