Common use of Delivery of the Shares Clause in Contracts

Delivery of the Shares. At the Closing, the Seller shall deliver the Shares to the Purchaser by delivering certificates duly endorsed in blank representing the Shares, each certificate to be accompanied by any requisite stock transfer tax stamps.
