Common use of Delivery of Supplements and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Supplements and Amendments. Promptly after the execution by the Issuers and the Indenture Trustee (and any other party, if required) of any supplemental indenture or amendment pursuant to the provisions hereof, the Indenture Trustee, at the expense of the Issuers, payable out of the Collateral Pool pursuant to Section 5.04, shall furnish a notice setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture or amendment to the Rating Agencies and to each Noteholder at the address for such Noteholder set forth in the Note Register.
