Delivery of Restricted Performance Shares. As soon as practicable after the Restricted Performance Shares become Vested, and subject to the tax withholding referred to in Section 7.4, the Company shall deliver to Participant stock certificates, or an equivalent evidence of share ownership, issued in Participant’s name for the number of such Vested Restricted Performance Shares.
