Delivery of Released Code. Provided that Licensee has paid PalmSource the Maintenance and Support Fees (as defined in Section 5.2(b) (Ongoing Obligation)), during the term of this Agreement, PalmSource will provide Licensee with the Released Code in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.5 (Method of Delivery) for Updates, Upgrades and New Versions which PalmSource is required to provide under Section 7.1 below within thirty (30) days after Alpha Release, Beta Release and GM Release, respectively.
