Delivery of Project Materials to City. Prior to the effective date of termination, the Consultant will deliver to City all data and originals of all plans, drawings, specifications, reports, computer programs, operating manuals, notes, and other written or graphic work and other materials for which City has compensated Consultant, and all such material shall become the property of the City upon delivery.
