Common use of Delivery of Pledged Collateral Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates and all promissory notes and instruments evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Agent, for itself and the benefit of Lenders, pursuant hereto. All Pledged Shares shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and all promissory notes or other instruments evidencing the Pledged Indebtedness shall be endorsed by Pledgor.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates and all promissory notes and instruments evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of the Collateral Agent, for itself and the benefit of Lendersthe Secured Parties, pursuant hereto. All Pledged Shares shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and all promissory notes or other instruments evidencing the Pledged Indebtedness shall be endorsed by Pledgor.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All Pledged Shares , shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, and shall be accompanied by duly executed all necessary instruments of transfer or assignment assignment, duly executed in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and all promissory notes or other instruments evidencing the Pledged Indebtedness shall be endorsed by Pledgor.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates and all promissory notes and instruments evidencing the Pledged Collateral Shares shall be delivered to, and each Pledgor agrees to promptly so deliver or cause to be delivered to, and held by or on behalf of the Administrative Agent, for itself and the benefit of Lendersthe Secured Creditors, pursuant hereto. All Pledged Shares which are certificated and delivered in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and all promissory notes or other instruments evidencing the Pledged Indebtedness shall be endorsed by PledgorAdministrative Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All Pledged Shares shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments stock powers or other Instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Designated Agent and all promissory notes or other instruments Instruments evidencing the Pledged Indebtedness shall be endorsed by Pledgorthe applicable Pledgor or accompanied by a duly executed instrument of transfer or assignment in blank.

All Pledged Shares or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Agent the Lender. The Lender shall have the right, at any time, in its discretion and without notice to the Pledgor, to cause any or all promissory notes or other instruments evidencing of the Pledged Indebtedness shall Collateral to be endorsed by Pledgortransferred of record into the name of the Lender or its nominee.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates and all promissory notes and instruments evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Agent, for itself and the benefit of Lenders, pursuant hereto.
