Delivery of Payments. Payment to Bank of all amounts due hereunder shall be made at its Santa Xxxxx Valley Regional office, or at such other place as may be designated in writing by Bank from time to time. If any payment date fall on a day that is not a day that Bank is open for the transaction of business ("Banking Day"), the payment due date shall be extended to the next Banking Day.
