Delivery of Option Shares. On or prior to each applicable Share Delivery Date, the Grantor shall take all actions necessary to cause such aggregate number of Option Shares to which the applicable Purchaser is entitled pursuant to a Call Option to be issued to such Purchaser in certificate form and each such certificate may, if required by the Company, bear a legend substantially similar to the legend set forth in Section 1.2.
