Common use of Delivery of Interest Election Request Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Interest Election Request. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.07, the applicable Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the applicable Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by telecopy or email to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the applicable Borrower.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy or email to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a the form approved by the Administrative Agent of Exhibit F hereto and signed by the applicable BorrowerCompany.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, telecopy or email to other electronic transmission approved by the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a the form approved by the Administrative Agent and of Exhibit E hereto, signed by the applicable BorrowerBorrower Representative and delivered to the Administrative Agent.
