Common use of Delivery of Instruments and Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Instruments and Chattel Paper. If any amount in excess of $2,500,000 payable under or in connection with any Collateral owned by such Grantor shall be or become evidenced by an Instrument or Chattel Paper, such Grantor shall immediately deliver such Instrument or Chattel Paper to the Administrative Agent, duly indorsed in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, or, if consented to by the Administrative Agent, shall xxxx all such Instruments and Chattel Paper with the following legend: “This writing and the obligations evidenced or secured hereby are subject to the security interest of Citicorp North America, Inc., as Administrative Agent”.
