Common use of Delivery of Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, agreements, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (b) as requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to documents, instruments, notices or other written communications from Borrowers received by and in the possession of Agent.

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, agreementsreports, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender Borrower or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document Loan Instruments except (ai) as specifically provided in this Agreement the Loan Instruments or any other Credit Document and (bii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to documentsa specific document, instrumentsinstrument, notices notice or other written communications from Borrowers communication received by and in the possession of AgentAgent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

No Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, agreements, notices, communications or other information received by such Agent from Borrowersany Loan Party, any Subsidiary thereof, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (b) as requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to documents, instruments, notices or other written communications from Borrowers received by and in the possession of AgentLoan Document.

Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender or the Issuing Bank originals or copies of any documents, instruments, agreements, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from the Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender Lender, the Issuing Bank or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document Financing Agreement except (ai) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document Financing Agreement and (bii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender 95 or the Issuing Bank with respect to documentsa specific document, instrumentsinstrument, notices notice or other written communications from Borrowers communication received by and in the possession of AgentAgent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instrumentsinstruments , agreements, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (b) as requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to documents, instruments, notices or other written communications from Borrowers received by and in the possession of Agent.. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender or any Holder originals or copies of any documents, instruments, agreements, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrowers, the Required LendersBorrowers or Guarantors, any Lender Lender, any Holder or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (a) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (b) as requested from time to time in writing by any Lender or any Holder with respect to documents, instruments, notices or other written communications from Borrowers received by and in the possession of Agent.
