Common use of Delivery of Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrower, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. Agent The Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent the Agents from Borrowerany Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender or the Issuing Bank originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrowerthe Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender Lender, the Issuing Bank or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document Financing Agreement except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document Financing Agreement and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender or the Issuing Bank with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrower, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document Financing Agreement except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document Financing Agreement and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender Bank originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agent from Borrowerthe Company, any Subsidiary, the Required LendersBanks, any Lender Bank or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender Bank with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instrumentsinstruments , agreements, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from BorrowerBorrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific documentdocuments, instrumentinstruments, notice notices or other written communication communications from Borrowers received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific requestAgent.

Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent or from Borrowerthe Obligors or any of their Subsidiaries, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, document instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from BorrowerBorrower or any other Loan Party, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request. Agent shall deliver to each Lender each Borrowing Base Certificate received from Borrower. Upon reasonable request from any Lender for additional business, financial, company affairs and other information relating to Borrower or any other Loan Party, Agent shall make such request of Borrower pursuant to Section 7.15(i) hereof.

Delivery of Information. Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrower, the Required Requisite Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.
