Delivery of Certain Documentation. Upon request by the Administrative Agent or the Accepting Bank, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent or the Accepting Bank (a) a copy of the contract of sale or any bill of lading, warehouse receipt, policy or certificate of insur▇▇▇▇ or other document covering or otherwise relating to each shipment of goods specified in the Acceptance Request relating to such Acceptance and (b) such other documents or information as the Accepting Bank or the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request with respect to the creation of such Acceptance.
