Delivery of Certain Documentation. Upon request by the Agent, the Co-Borrowers shall furnish to the Agent (a) a copy of the contract of sale or any ▇▇▇▇ of lading, warehouse receipt, policy or certificate of insurance or other document covering or otherwise relating to each shipment of goods, if any, specified in the Acceptance Request relating to such Acceptance and (b) such other documents or information as the Agent shall reasonably request with respect to the creation of such Acceptance.
