Common use of Delivery of Assets Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Assets. After the close of business on the Valuation Date, the Acquired Fund shall issue instructions providing for the delivery of all of its assets to the Custodian to be held for the account of the Merger Subsidiary, effective as of the Closing. The Acquiring Fund may inspect such securities at the offices of the Custodian prior to the Valuation Date.
