Common use of Delivery of Assets Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Assets. Except as permitted by the 1940 Act, Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to State Street on the effective date hereof, or as soon thereafter as practicable, and from time to time thereafter, all Assets acquired by, owned by or from time to time coming into the possession of each of the Portfolios during the term hereof. State Street has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for or on account of assets not so delivered.
