Delivery of Assets. To the extent not already delivered, Developer shall within ten (10) days following the Effective Date deliver to Fig, in such formats as may be reasonably requested by Fig, such key art and other assets as may be reasonably requested by Fig in connection with the exercise of Fig’s rights under the Distribution License and the Fundraising License.
