Delivery of a Call Notice does not give rise to an obligation on part of the Warrant Holder to pay the Call Price. If, by 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Call Date, the Warrant Holder has not paid the Call Price, then the Call Notice shall automatically expire and none of the Warrant Holder, the Warrant Agent or the Trustee shall have any obligation with respect to the Call Notice. The expiration of a Call Notice shall in no way affect the Warrant Holder's right to deliver a Call Notice at a later date.
