Common use of Delivery Methods Clause in Contracts

Delivery Methods. Any notice required or permitted by the provisions of this Lease must be in writing and delivered to the email addresses set forth in Section 1(k), with a hard copy sent within a reasonable period of time by nationally recognized overnight delivery service providing proof of delivery, to the appropriate mailing address set forth in Section 1(k). Email addresses and mailing addresses may be changed by the affected party to any other address in the continental United States by giving written notice at least ten (10) days in advance of the effective date of the change.
