Delivery Machine. The Contractor shall use a delivery machine capable of supplying material to the delivery hose at a uniform rate. The ejection from the nozzle shall adhere to the treated surface with minimum rebound and maximum density when the nozzle is held in the range of 3 to 6 feet from the target surface.
