Delivery changes. While WHO/GDF shall make every effort to implement through its procurement agent(s) and supplier(s) any requests for changes in product delivery details by the Client, WHO/GDF is unable to commit to such changes after placement of order(s) with its procurement agent(s) following entry into effect of the PDC.
