Delivery and Updates. The Licensor shall provide monthly updates to the Licensed Data via secure file transfer or equivalent solution, with the exception of Academic Subscriptions which receive a single delivery at the start of their subscription term. The format of delivery may change over time, and Subscribers will be notified of any such changes.
