Delivery and Payment for the Series 2009-VFN Notes. The Issuer shall execute and issue, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate, the Series 2009-VFN Notes in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Indenture. The Indenture Trustee shall deliver the Series 2009-VFN Notes to or upon the written order of the Trust when so authenticated.
