Delivery and notification. 1. At the request of the applicant authority, the requested authority shall, in accordance with the legal or regulatory provisions applicable to that authority, take all necessary measures in order to deliver any documents or to notify any decisions, of the applicant authority and falling within the scope of this Protocol, to an addressee residing or established in the territory of the requested authority.
