Common use of Deliver documents Clause in Contracts

Deliver documents. Each Security Provider must promptly deliver to the Agent: (1) adequate evidence as to the existence and currency of the insurance required under this clause 8.24; and (2) any other detail with respect to the insurance which the Agent may reasonably require and notify to the Security Provider from time to time.
