Common use of Delegation of Obligations of the Sponsor Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Obligations of the Sponsor. The Sponsor may at any time delegate all or a portion of its duties and obligations under this Trust Agreement to another entity, including the Administrator, without the consent of the Trustee, any Shareholder and any Beneficial Owner. The Sponsor may terminate the delegation to such other entity at any time and is not required to appoint a replacement therefor.
