Common use of Delegation of Authorities and Duties Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Authorities and Duties. The Trustee delegates to the Indenture Trustee all duties required to be performed by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement and the Indenture. The Trustee undertakes no responsibility for the performance, or non-performance, of any duties delegated to the Indenture Trustee under the Trust Agreement.
