DELEGATE ACCESS. 12.1 AfrAsia makes every effort to ensure that its events are accessible and enjoyable for all its delegates, so if the Participant requires any particular assistance, the Participant must inform AfrAsia as soon as possible so that AfrAsia can make the necessary arrangements.

DELEGATE ACCESS. Delegates shall have access to all areas in which an Artist Activity occurs and shall have access to individuals and information relevant to insure compliance with this Agreement. A Delegate is not an agent of AGMA for purposes of waiving provisions of this Agreement or entering into any legal enforceable agreement on behalf of AGMA or any individual ARTIST.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Manager is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the residence.
