Delayed Start/Early Dismissal. 1. When school district openings are delayed, the expectation is for employees to begin their workday as close to their normal start time as possible, consistent with safety.
2. Employees will be paid their regular hours for days when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal.
3. If the school district is subsequently closed, employees shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits. If a closure is announced, refer to the procedures in “Emergency Closure” above.
Delayed Start/Early Dismissal. A. In the event of a late start due to an emergency, certificated staff will be expected to arrive one-half (½) hour before the scheduled start time of the building. (2015)
