DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE. The Safe Harbor provisions under this AA §6C are effective as of the Effective Date of the Plan, as designated in the Employer Signature Page. To provide for a delayed effective date for the Safe Harbor provisions, check this AA §6C-5. □ The Safe Harbor provisions under this AA §6C are effective beginning .
