Delayed Drug Testing. Any Participant Employee in the Program who is selected for random drug testing but is unavailable because the Employee is (1) not working in the area, (2) under a physician’s care, or (3) on vacation; or is unavailable for another legitimate reason as determined by the Trustees will be required to submit to drug testing within three (3) work days of notification to the Employee by the Program Administrator and before re-employment in the area. “
