Delay Policy. Your Transaction may be delayed or canceled in our discretion and without prior notice before the Beneficiary or third party supplier has received the Transaction Amount. We may delay or cancel the Transaction for any reason, that include among others: lack of identity verification, payment method validation, fraud and anti-money laundering compliance review, contacting or locating you, your Beneficiary, the online service provider. Working timetable, system availability or disposal of currency may also be a reason for delay. Nonetheless you are entitled to request a refund in certain circumstances.
