No delay or omission of the Trustee or of any Owner to exercise any remedy, right or power accruing upon any Indenture Event of Default or otherwise shall exhaust or impair any such remedy, right or power or be construed to be a waiver of any such Indenture Event of Default, or acquiescence therein; and every remedy, right and power given by this Indenture may be exercised from time to time and as often as may be deemed expedient.
