Delay in Payments to Specified Employees. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if Executive is a specified employee within the meaning of Code Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i), distributions pursuant to this Section shall be delayed to the earliest day on which such payments are permitted by Code Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) and the regulations thereunder.
