Common use of Delaware Trustee Clause in Contracts

Delaware Trustee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement other than Section 6.2, the Delaware Trustee shall not be entitled to exercise any powers, nor shall the Delaware Trustee have any of the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Trustees or the Property Trustee described in this Trust Agreement. Except as set forth in Section 6.2, the Delaware Trustee shall be a Trustee for the sole and limited purpose of fulfilling the requirements of Section 3807(a) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. In the event the Delaware Trustee shall at any time be required to take any action or perform any duty hereunder with respect to the Trust, the Delaware Trustee shall be entitled to all of the same rights as the Property Trustee listed in Section 3.9(b) and Section 3.10.
