Definitive Notes and Coupons in issue. After each interest payment date in relation to the Notes, after each date on which Notes are cancelled in accordance with Clause 8.4 (Cancellation) and after each date on which the Notes fall due for redemption in accordance with the Conditions, if requested by the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent shall notify the Issuer and the other Paying Agents (on the basis of the information available to it) of the number of any Definitive Notes or Coupons against surrender of which payment has been made and of the number of any Definitive Notes or (as the case may be) Coupons which have not yet been surrendered for payment.

Definitive Notes and Coupons in issue.
