Definitive Documents. Each of the Definitive Documents shall (A) contain terms and conditions consistent in all material respects with this Agreement, the Term Sheet, and the DIP Documents and (B) shall otherwise be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to the Company and the Consenting Lenders, including with respect to any modifications, amendments, deletions, or supplements to such Definitive Documents at any time during the Plan Support Period. 4.
