Definitions Interpretation and Common Terms. 1.1 Whenever used in this Agreement, the words and phrases defined in clause 1.2 (Additional Defined Terms) of the security trust deed and cash management agreement dated on or about the date hereof (as amended from time to time) and entered into by, inter alios, the parties hereto (the "Security Trust Deed and Cash Management Agreement") and paragraph 1 (Definitions) of Schedule 1 (Master Definitions Schedule) to the master framework agreement dated on or about the date hereof (as amended from time to time) and entered into by, inter alios, the parties hereto (the "Master Framework Agreement") shall, unless otherwise defined herein or the context requires otherwise, bear the same meanings herein (including in the recitals hereto). 1.2 Save as expressly provided herein, this Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with paragraph 2 (Principles of Interpretation and Construction) of schedule 1 (Master Definitions Schedule) to the Master Framework Agreement. 1.3 In the event of a conflict between the above-mentioned provisions of the Master Framework Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. 1.4 The Common Terms apply to this Agreement and shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement as if set out in full in this Agreement.
